Xbox is broadcasting live from its gamescom booth Wednesday and Thursday at 7:00am PT (10:00am ET). That is 4:00pm CEST both days, August 26 and August 27, on official Xbox YouTube and Twitch. The Wire posted the plan on July 28. This is the how-to-watch for the week that actually starts now.

The booth is Hall 7, A-0.61. Twenty-five upcoming games. One hundred forty stations. Xbox is treating Cologne as a 25-year birthday party with playable floors instead of a cake. If you cannot fly, the stream is the version that works on a couch in Seattle.

What Is Actually on the Floor

First-party names the Wire put in writing: Modern Warfare 4 in Core 6v6 on Xbox Series X. Fable gets a Playground Games live demo theater, not a random station, with public gameplay built around melee, ranged, and magic. Minecraft Dungeons II is playable for the first time. Gears of War: E-Day is the first public campaign hands-on, and that one still launches October 6. METRO 2039 is playable ahead of February 2027. STRANGER THAN HEAVEN, Halo: Campaign Evolved, Forza Horizon 6’s new Drift Attack, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024’s National Championship Air Races sit on the same list.

Also named: Alien: Isolation 2, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, The Blood of Dawnwalker, STAR WARS Zero Company, plus Alien Deathstorm, Armatus, Bad Magpie, Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, Crowsworn, Genigods: Nezha, Terrible Lizards, Turok: Origins, and Valor Mortis. FanFest Wednesday, Booth Thursday Through Sunday

Xbox FanFest is Wednesday, August 26, from 8:00pm to 11:00pm CEST at the booth. That is 11:00am to 2:00pm PT if you are watching the clock from the West Coast and wondering why the room is busy before the public hours. Public booth hours start Thursday, August 27, 10:00am to 8:00pm CEST, the same window Friday, then 9:00am to 8:00pm CEST Saturday and Sunday.

The broadcasts themselves start at 7:00am PT both Wednesday and Thursday. Interviews, special guests, gameplay reveals, new trailers. American Sign Language and English audio descriptions are on.
