Ubisoft dated Rayman Legends Retold October 1, 2026. That sentence is on the official news post and on the official US store page. Standard is $39.99 on that store page. The official reveal trailer is on Ubisoft’s YouTube. Gamescom week is the first public hands-on in Cologne. Opening Night Live sits on the front of the show calendar today. The booth opens to visitors on August 27.

This is a reimagining of the 2013 platformer, not a straight port. Official news says Ubisoft Montpellier and Ubisoft Milan are leading it. Rayman, Globox, Barbara, Grand Minimus, and Murphy go back to the Glade of Dreams after a shadowy villain spreads chaos through the realms. Official copy keeps the verbs simple: leap, glide, punch, rescue Teensies, and fight bosses.

New Realm, Couch Co-op, $39.99

Play solo or in up to four-player couch co-op. Official news prints stunning 3D visuals, a brand-new story, fully voiced cinematics, a never-before-seen sixth realm, four all-new musical stages, dragon rides, new Cave of Trials challenges, and Kung Foot back with improved controls and customizable rules. Christophe Héral and Grant Kirkhope are on an expanded soundtrack.

Standard includes the base game plus Rayman Origins: Enhanced Edition. Official news prints 4K, 60 FPS, new collectibles and rewards, haptic feedback on compatible controllers, and quality-of-life features. Deluxe is digital only and adds the Retro Pack, four costumes, and an Art Gallery. Launch Edition is retail only: a printed Glade of Dreams map, three lithographs, and a slipcase. Pre-order any edition and you get the Hoodlum Havoc Pack, two costumes for Rayman and Globox out of Rayman 3.

Platforms on the official news post: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, GeForce Now, Blacknut, and PC through the Ubisoft Store, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. The official press note also lists Ubisoft+.

Hands-On in Hall 6.1

Ubisoft’s official Gamescom post puts Rayman in Hall 6.1, Booth CO11 B010, open August 27 through 30. The booth has a 20-minute hands-on: the first level, a dragon ride, and a musical level. Fifteen two-player couch co-op stations. A larger-than-life inflatable Rayman. Official stream slots include a Kung Foot and TCM panel on Thursday and a cinematics panel on Friday.

The trailer above is from Ubisoft. Official pages are the US store page and the October 1 news post. October 1 is the date. $39.99 is the Standard number Ubisoft printed. I am not adding a Deluxe dollar they did not put on that tile.
