EA Sports FC 27 is the next World’s Game, revealed today for a worldwide launch on September 25, 2026. EA Canada and EA Romania built it, Electronic Arts is publishing it, and it is coming to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Switch, and Switch 2. Ultimate and Ultimate Plus start a week earlier on September 18, and Ultimate Plus is a limited window that closes August 31. Kylian Mbappé is on Standard and Ultimate, and Jude Bellingham joins him on Ultimate Plus.

The Grounds, Career, FUT Gallery

The Grounds is the named playground EA is selling hardest, streets-meet-stadium kickabouts and 1v1s and Clubs, and it is on PlayStation 5, Series, PC, and Switch 2 only. Career Mode’s Transfer Market is rebuilt around player values and club bidding instead of the old one-click shopping list, and Football Ultimate Team gets FUT Gallery, a club identity you curate instead of another pack screen. Lite is a free preview at launch, not a substitute for the full game, and it is not on Nintendo.

What the editions actually buy

Xbox US lists Standard at $69.99, Ultimate at $99.99, and Ultimate Plus at $149.99, and the EA app matches Standard at $69.99. Ultimate is the usual seven-day head start, Season 1 Premium Pass, and up to 6,000 FC Points over three drops. Ultimate Plus is the limited SKU: the same week early, Premium Passes for Seasons 1 through 5, up to 10,000 FC Points over five months, and extras that stay exclusive to that box, including a Hall of FUT pick. There is no upgrade path from Ultimate to Ultimate Plus, and Ultimate Plus is not on Nintendo or Epic.
