The celebrated RPG Baldur’s Gate 3 from Larian Studios is officially confirmed to receive enhancements for the upcoming PS5 Pro, which will be released on November 7. Joining a lineup of titles optimized for Sony’s upgraded console, the PS Store listing for Baldur’s Gate 3 now includes the “Enhanced for PS5 Pro” label, indicating that this acclaimed game will gain performance, resolution, and possibly sound improvements on the Pro model.

While Larian Studios has yet to disclose specific details, these enhancements are expected to leverage the console’s PSSR AI upscaling, increasing resolutions in Quality and Performance mode while also aiming to reduce or eliminate frame rate drops. Currently, on the standard PS5, the game operates at 1440p and 30fps in Quality mode and around 1080p at 60fps in Performance mode.
