John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando launched March 12 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Epic, a four-player co-op shooter from Saber Interactive and Focus Entertainment running on the Swarm Engine, the same tech behind World War Z and Space Marine 2. Full crossplay, a semi-open world, vehicles, and grindhouse 80s horror that treats the zombie apocalypse like a midnight movie with a live ammo budget.
Carpenter said it is out and it is fun, which is the endorsement you want from someone who already built a career on things that should not be alive. The Blood Edition includes the Bloody Season Pass if you want the extra skins without making a second shopping trip of it. Official social is @JCToxicCommando and @Focus_entmt.
