PlayStation opened pre-orders this morning at 7:00am PT (10:00am ET) for the Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition hardware on PlayStation Direct. The Digital Edition bundle is $649.99. It ships beginning September 15, the same day Insomniac’s PS5 exclusive launches, in limited quantities.
The bundle is a yellow Digital Edition console, a matching DualSense, and a download code for Marvel’s Wolverine. There is no disc-drive version of this machine. If you already own a PS5 and just want the claws in your hands, the standalone DualSense Battle Yellow Limited Edition is $84.99.

The look comes from Insomniac’s Battle Reborn suit. Bold yellow. Exposed claw marks. A slashed Digital Edition that will collect fingerprints the first week you own it. Graphic artist Jock did the key art, which is the energy you want when your hero’s whole argument is three adamantium blades.
Console covers are $74.99 across the board. Battle Yellow covers fit the PS5 slim, disc or digital. There is a matching Battle Yellow set for PS5 Pro, and a metallic Adamantium set for Pro at the same $74.99. The DualSense Adamantium Limited Edition is $84.99. Those Adamantium pieces stay on PlayStation Direct where it is available, plus select retailers outside those regions: US, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria.
Eligible Direct pre-orders get free launch-day delivery. While supplies last is not decoration. Limited edition means limited.
September 15, Same Day as the Game
Marvel’s Wolverine still launches September 15 on PS5 from Insomniac Games, PlayStation, and Marvel Games. Comic-Con already showed the suit. The June State of Play already locked the date. What changed today is the hardware going live.
If you want the yellow Digital Edition, PlayStation Direct is the first honest window. If you want Adamantium, you are shopping Direct or a retailer outside those listed countries.
