Great and flawed
Hey D4v1DF, thank you for your honest review. Sadly the Quest 3 is indeed not technically capable of tracking legs at this moment. I did try to design most of the levels to still be engaging even if you ignore your legs, but playtesting did show that it was difficult to balance between making the game challenging enough for folks who play taking just the hitboxes into account, and not too challenging for folks who try and play with their full body. Still, if you find the game too easy for now, there's two things you can try: firstly you can reduce your width and crawl height in the accessibility settings, as this will make most levels tighter. Secondly, you could try some of the challenges, as some of them like the Timed and Spin Overlay challenge will make levels more difficult to complete. If you have other feedback, feel free to come share it in our discord (laserdancegame.com/discord) Hope you enjoy the rest of the game!
Unrivaled showcase for mixed reality
Update: Good news! Meta have pushed out a patch to their firmware that should fix this. Make sure you're on the latest version (check settings > general to see if there are pending firmware updates), and this should be working again! Update: Hey Jomey102 - I'm still checking in with Meta regarding the invisible laser issue - but I realized I hadn't followed up on the second part of your review. Could you let me know what's broken about the bugreporting tool for you? Feel free to let me know via the email or discord mentioned below! Hey jomey102, thank you for reporting this and sorry to hear you're having this issue! Please feel free to reach out to me at thomas@laserdancegame.com or on discord (laserdancegame.com/discord) and I'll be happy to personally follow up with you on this until this issue is resolved. This sounds uncannily similar to an issue from last year when Meta broke dynamic occlusion for some players on a specific version of the firmware. I'll check in with them to see if there was a possible regression on their end.
