The Remedy Entertainment’s latest title Control video game will improve the interface, combat and many other aspects included in this September update.
Control was launched at the end of August, promising us a supernatural adventure full of action and with the usual ingredients of Remedy. Although it had some technical problems that slightly tarnished its premiere on consoles and PCs. After listening to the community and taking note of the failures, Remedy has announced a major patch with performance improvements.
First, it comes to PS4 and then to other platforms
Remedy has confirmed that this patch will reach all platforms equally, although it will be rolling out first on PS4. In any case, the content is identical for all, with emphasis also on PC editing and its multiple configurations due to software and hardware discrepancies on the platform. In general, the September patch fixes mission bugs, crashes and the combat system, offering better overall performance throughout the game.
After installing this update, the framerate will be much more stable and constant, and some of the most annoying crashes will be eliminated. Control loading times have been revised, being lighter, motion blur and image grain can be deactivated and activated, and progression and problems related to some objects and elements of main and secondary missions have been adjusted.
