Far Cry 5 will be available on March 27 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. This new installment of Ubisoft franchise promises a groundbreaking and visceral adventure in Hope County.

However, it seems that the team has been able to exceed expectations. The executive producer, Dan Hay, has come forward to defend the tone that this game will offer.

Looking for the variety

In a secondary mission (optional) of Far Cry 5, Testy Festy, players must go in search of testicles. It has no relation to the main story of the game and its goal is to keep the gameplay fresh and prolong the total time need to complete the game.

” It’s exactly what you imagine, ” explains Hay. “The game is very big, and all we want to do is that the players have a lot of different experiences.”

In this way, the producer explained that Far Cry 5 will be a kind of roller coaster of emotions. “In a moment you witness something touching, and the next minute you have complete madness.”

“The way I choose to think is like a piece of music, in the previous installments, we were building a very specific piece of music, we knew where we were going to be in certain rhythms, so we knew what emotional state it would be in. With this game, We said ‘No, just provide unique notes and silences, and let the player choose what they are going to do’.

The Door of Eden

Far Cry 5 will be available on March 27, 2018, both on PC, Xbox One and PS4. The players will have to face a cult called Eden’s Gate, which is oppressing the inhabitants of Hope County. The players will play a policeman whose sent to investigate this religious cult.
