Street Fighter V Review

The legendary Capcom franchise returns stronger than ever with a successful new model that will keep us busy fighting to get to the top for years.

Moreover, Survival classic mode challenges you to hold a combat round with a single health bar is not restored, but to give some freshness has introduced a system that will allow us to invest the points we get for various types of enhancers. The selection of these varies each time and benefit us with increased defense, attack or healing us. In fact, we can also choose disadvantages to multiply our points if we are sufficiently confident about ourselves. It is an interesting twist to a mode that we’ve seen a thousand times in other games of the genre and that works really well, especially in giving us the motivation to achieve color variations for our costumes, and incidentally, unlock some trophies.

The training mode does not need much explanation beyond it’s own name. It is packed with a multitude of configuration options so that we can practice and train what we want and how we want. For power, we can save some repetitions to perform AI and so practice the specific and unique situations that we believe require some training, like how to fight a combo or movement. Of course, you can also change the most basic things, like the type of feedback for each meter, the attitude of our opponent or the information you want to display on the screen. A real treat for fans of the genre and we greatly facilitate the learning process.

And this is all because we can not even play normal matches against the AI or enjoy a traditional Arcade Mode, so now all the interest of the game lies in its online mode where it is noted that Capcom put all its efforts. For now, we can only play Ranked, casual or custom rooms games.

The first are scored and lead us to participate in a kind of league that will add points to each victory, but also lose with every defeat. This mode is divided into categories, so our goal is to win all the battles we can to move up positions in global leaderboards and reach the highest division of all.

Moreover, the casual games do not score and will allow us to play fighting just for fun and without pressure to descend posts at any time while customized rooms will serve the same purpose although rules are chosen by the host. Note that rooms will expand their capacity from two to eight players next month, also introducing the spectator mode.

It is noted that Capcom has done everything possible to facilitate the gaming community to grow and remain always healthy and something that is much appreciated.

Amazing

As far as I can remember, I've been surrounded by technology. My father bought us a Commodore 64 so I started playing games as a baby, following my passion with Amiga 500, then PC and so on. I love game related collectibles, and when I'm not collecting I review games, watch movies and TV Shows or you may catch me keeping a low profile at Game Events.
