Bloodborne Review

Additionally a new feature we enjoyed was that you can now convert your weapons, which will change your style of gameplay compared to the previous saga. Using the ” Dream Chaser “, you will be introduce to have access to  a variety of activities. Check points will enable you to save the game and have you revive by teleporting the character. Returning to the “Dream Chaser”, this is a safe area where you will find a store to buy all kinds of items, a doll with life that will allow us to level up and a couple of workshops and much more.

The “currency” of the game is called Ecos de Sangre, which is equivalent of the souls of the saga Souls .The currency can be used to invest in several features that will serve you with specific fuctions. You can get carried away buying certain features, but you shouldn’t forget to improve your life bars and endurance since these are critical factors that will serve you well in the game.

There are ways to improve your character and personalize them more to achieve the character you wish. Collecting points is one way and what we enjoyed is you can do that without incurring extra costs, experiencing the game to its full capacity. Add passive skills to increase the number of blood obtained from enemies and much more. There are also hidden stages which we recommend you to explore by being thorough

The big challenge

During your gameplay you will be facing death quite a bit since the difficulty level is fairly high, but not impossible, which is usually the case being developed by Software. Thus, even if an enemy seems week, be very cautious since it could end up killing you. Using the right strategy will be essential in surviving and you will learn from each death on how to pass the level by tweaking your strategies. Additionally, now enemies can steal our echoes when we die, forcing us to kill them if we want to recover. You will be able to tell if the enemy’s eyes light up in blue. However, if you end up dying before recovering you will have to suffer the loss of echoes.

Once you figure out the game you can limit the amount of numbers you die. However, the bosses are usually quite strong, which will definitely create some trouble for you.

The game took us approximately 20 hours including the defeat of the optional bosses. You can spend a number of additional hours reviewing scenarios, going through  training, discovering secrets and exploring different paths. That will add to the hours spent. Bloodborne is a great game, with plenty of secrets and hidden contents. We are certain that each time you play the game, you will discover additional content that will consume your time. We are looking forward to the gaming community to discover more details over the coming monhts.

The dungeon master

A new idea From Software is the dungeon master. This mode will enable you to play with friends or even other online players to complete certain levels. You will be automatically matched which enables you to cooperatively play in a competitive environment. This game mode is absolutely brilliant and fun. We strongly recommend you to give it a try.

Hunting in company

The online experience in Bloodborne is as important as any Souls and adds a lot to the franchise,  such as messages that players can leave on the ground (either warns you or gives you tips before entering a new area) the pools of blood to see how other gamer’s “ghosts” died.

You have the ability to summon other players to help you right before the boss fights (we can team up to three players) you also gain the ability to invade other player game and steal their blood echoes if you successfully beat them.

  • Creative character and weapon designs

Amazing

As far as I can remember, I've been surrounded by technology. My father bought us a Commodore 64 so I started playing games as a baby, following my passion with Amiga 500, then PC and so on. I love game related collectibles, and when I'm not collecting I review games, watch movies and TV Shows or you may catch me keeping a low profile at Game Events.
